Job Description:
- Ensure that the civil and structural design and construction works comply with all the relevant statutory acts, Regulations and Engineering Codes of Practice.
- Coordinates with clients, vendors, subcontractors, engineering and procurement for all project activities.
- Prepare submissions and clear authorities’ requirements which will include drawings, design calculations and report writing and other relevant material to meet the submission requirements.
- Preparation of tender specifications and documentations.
- In charge of jobs control, planning, monitoring, progress and job cost reporting.
- Ensure all site projects are updated and closely monitor the progress of the project.
- Attend project meetings, & site inspections.
- Work as a team member with colleagues, clients/other consultants/contractors to complete within schedules.
- Other ad-hoc assignments assigned by Project Manager.
Qualifications:
- Degree /Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
- At least 3 -4 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word) and competent user of relevant design software.
- Good project management skills and strong analytical skills
- Strong team-player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and in fast-paced environment
- Able to work collaboratively with others
- Able to start immediately
