RESPONSIBILITIES & TASK:
Manage and communicate Internal Communication in the area but not limited to:
- Internal Articles - Responsible for writing of article
- Intranet - Updating sharepoint on latest news and announcements
- Internal Events - Manage and facilitate both internal and external marketing communication events such as Kick-off, quarterly communication meetings and special cross-regional workshops
- Executive Messaging - drafting and edit of executive communications messages
- Develop campaign assets such as brochures, videos, newsletters and private events for subsidiaries in Asia Pacific
Brand and Marketing Communications – Responsible to develop marketing strategy such as MRP (mid-range plan) and 1YP (1 year plan) with an effective budget control
Media and Public Relations
- Identifies brand and communication opportunities to profile Fujifilm brand in regionally especially in Singapore
- Build strong relationships with media, analysts, industry influencers and other external stakeholders
- Organise media interviews for top management either with/without support of PR agency
- Organize innovative storytelling across multiple products, solutions and services and manage multiple projects at the same time
- Development and Dissemination of Press Release - Localise and write press releases, collate, and prepare media list for dissemination, develop e-mail pitches for the media list, liaise with department PICs for dissemination, news wire dissemination and reporting on PR coverages
- Lead and manage media and public relations initiatives such media interviews, editorials, new product, new territory launch.
- Media Monitoring and Management
- Regular search on keywords and recent press release dissemination to find out if there have been any coverage or other relevant news for FBAP and FBSG.
- Media Coverage Reporting
- Report to Headquarters or related subsidiaries monthly coverage
- Media Relations & Public Relations Agency Management
- Work closely with Meltwater for quarterly social listening reports, vendors for ad-hoc PR activations and to build and maintain subsidiary media contacts.

Brand and Communications
- Manage FB and subsidiaries and govern Brand and Corporate Identity or brand consistency in Asia Pacific
- Plan and execute social media strategy and manage platforms in Facebook LinkedIn Initiatives through amplification of PR stories
- Develop social media posts and assets, which includes all creatives ( images, videos etc)
- Manage social calendar
- Work with various stakeholder to create or develop posts
- Manage and review design requests such as marketing collaterals.
- Line of Business support – Support consists of developing marketing assets, provide advisory, review brands and communications proposals, initiatives, plan and execute customer events etc
REQUIREMENTS:
- More than 10 years’ experience in regional brand and marketing communication
- University graduate with Mass Communication/Marketing degree
- Hands-on creative campaign/promotion execution skills
- Good written communication skills combined with the ability to competently liaise at all levels inside and outside the organization
- Good mediation and issues management skills to ensure all levels of marketing communicate, share information and cross promote wherever appropriate as opportunities arise
- Must be numerate with adequate analytical/spreadsheet skills to allow for budget tracking and reporting
- This is a hands on position, requiring the incumbent to undertake a variety of activities from conception to implementation.
- The ideal person would be adaptable to change and able to act on their own initiative
- Highly self-motivated, self-starter, well organized with good attention to detail
- Strong understanding of brand development, image protection, media placement and the importance of budgetary control to provide ‘best value’ returns.
- Previous regional exposure will be an added advantage.
