Location: Toa Payoh
Duration: 3 months (Extendable)
Salary: Up to $17 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday (830am - 6pm), Friday (830am - 530pm)
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist manager in implementing digitization plans
- Organize and box records for collection by the digitization vendor
- Arranging and generating references for items contained in files
- Conduct quality inspections on digitized images and listings following prescribed protocols
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirement:
- Experience in administrative roles will be advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (E.g. Excel)
- Min Diploma holders
- Singaporean only
