Responsibilities:
- Prepare ACRA fillings/ documents for clients
- Handle with spectrum of Corporate Secretarial work
- General corporate secretarial duties
- Update and maintain of statutory registers and records, ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Handle other corporate or ad-hoc duties when necessary
Requirements:
- Minimum A Level/ Diploma in Business Administration
- Candidate with relevant work experience is an advantage; fresh graduate is welcome to apply
- Able to multitask and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- High degree of professionalism
- Good written and conversational skills in English
