Job Responsibilities:
- Provide valuation services for all types of property in Singapore.
- Provide indicative and formal valuation report for clients.
- Inspect properties to evaluate condition, construction, special features and functional design.
- Perform other ad hoc duties or responsibilites as assigned by the company.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Real Estate Management or equivalent related field.
- Good communication skill and self-motivated.
- Good judgement and analytical skills.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in property valuation.
- Familiar with Singapore property market.
