Responsibilities
- Assist in executing main and sub-contracts.
- Monitor the progress of claims and issue payment responses.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders on project budgets to ensure efficient and timely assignments and submissions.
- Perform Bill of Quantity Take-Off.
- Administer contracts for clients, main contractors, consultants, sub-contractors, and suppliers.
- Manage contracts to formulate appropriate contractual responses.
- Participate in discussions with clients and sub-contractors for assigned projects and monitor follow-up meetings.
- Prepare tender submissions as required.
- Prepare and issue contracts to sub-contractors and suppliers, as well as monthly progress claims to clients and sub-contractors/suppliers, and payment responses to sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Monitor project costs to ensure objectives are achieved in accordance with building contract law.
- Prepare cost analyses to enhance overall project value.
- Develop cost-reduction strategies to improve project value.
- Monitor and submit monthly cash flow analyses.
Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in M&E is highly preferred, though candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
