We are seeking for Social Work Associate to be part of our FSC Comlink+ team. This role involves:
- Conduct intake interview and assessment for new cases.
- Part of a team in performing intake duties
- Perform comprehensive, consistent, and purposeful intervention to Comlink+ families.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
- Develop and implement relevant support programs that help families achieve positive case outcomes.
- Comply with the proper disbursement of Comlink+ packages.
- Perform any other duties assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma in Social Work.
- Fresh graduate welcome to apply

- Good Interpersonal and Communication skills.
