As Content Producer, you’ll manage the entire production cycle audio or video, including in studio and outdoor recordings.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee audio or video production, including technical and administrative tasks.
- Decide topics and manage production schedule.
- Record and produce episodes, and handle post-production tasks like editing and distribution.
- Develop marketing strategies and promote the show.
- Research and schedule guests, prepare hosts and guests for recording, and guide them on talking points.
- Monitor episode analytics and manage the production budget.
- Ensure readiness of studio equipment for recording.
- Assist in live switching during studio recordings.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience as a Podcaster or YouTuber is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, hardworking, and eager to learn.
- Interest in the media industry.
- Interest in news and current affairs.
- Strong technical skills, including Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Audition).
- Resourceful, able to multitask and pay attention to details.
