Purpose and Scope
Plan and supervise the maintenance team in the execution of assigned plant maintenance activities within schedule and cost, in compliance with regulatory and company's standards and requirements, in particular company's safety standards, as well as to develop staff capabilities using appropriate capability interventions and on-the-job training at Sakra Cogen, SUT and Water Plants.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise the team in the execution of preventive, corrective maintenance programs within schedule and cost, and in compliance with companies and regulatory standards and requirements, and meeting customer’s expectations.
- Good knowledge and experience of I&C equipment maintenance and troubleshooting of Control Systems like DCS, PLC and SCADA.
- Able to understand and troubleshooting on Logic Diagrams like Function Blocks and Ladder Logics.
- Knowledgeable in Field Instruments selection, configuration and calibration such as transmitters & gauges, switches etc.
- Knowledgeable in maintenance and troubleshooting of Analytical instruments like pH, Conductivity, Sodium, Silica, TOC, Oxygen and CEMS Analyzers.
- Knowledgeable on Cyber Security OT systems and support Plant Cyber Security implementation and audits.
- Troubleshoot/ fault diagnosis/ failure analysis to determine cause of failure.
- Develop Risk Assessment and mitigation measures for every Maintenance job in the plant before executing maintenance activities.
- Establish and maintain a proper documentation system to archive all jobs internally and with customers for sharing and audit purposes.
- Engage stakeholders to resolve technical problems that arises in the plant.
- Assist the section head to identify, plan & review the training needs of the section.
- Assist the section head to review and identify spare requirements classifying under Strategic or Inventory spare.
- Assist the section head to develop the section's Maintenance budget.
- Prepare daily updates on Maintenance activities for the day to all stakeholders (operations)
- Successful candidate can be appointed as part of the Company Emergency Response Team (CERT) (training will be provided)

- Lean resources In Maintenance department.
- Identify root cause of issues, implement the solution and ensure no recurrence of the issues.
- Timely resolution of technical issues to recover plant and return it to commercial operations.
- Working long hours beyond office hour and weekends if necessary.

Qualifications & Experience
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Instrumentation Engineering
- Preferably minimum 3-4 years of experience in relevant Maintenance fields in a Power Plant or Petrochemical Industry
