Main Responsibilities & Duties :
- Accountable for the profitability of the restaurant.
- To provide training, demonstrating leadership and excellence in host administration and services whiles hosts are scheduled for training at the restaurant.
- To assist in identifying student hosts’ training needs to improve on service quality to meet commercial objectives.
- To assist in managing banqueting, meeting and outside catering events.
- To assist in managing daily operations and meeting outlet’s targets set by the Head of Division.
- To assist in liaising and coordinating with various parties regarding F&B events, maintenance, and security matters

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality & Tourism/ F&B Management
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in restaurant
