We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to assist with field operations administrative support. Reporting to a project manager, a successful Administrative Assistant possess initiative and will be able to work with minimal supervision as a member of the QAQC/Commissioning team.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule timely meetings with all meeting attendees.
- Communicate with subcontractors on all office matters.
- Assist with procurement and maintenance of field supplies and equipment.
- Collect purchasing requests from team members and submit for approval.
- Liaise with the facility management team for office support.
- Manage, track, and submit permit approvals.
- Work with the overall team to prepare presentations and PowerPoints.
- Timely updates of departments' budgets.
- Assist with recognition and incentives program by procuring materials and publicising events.
- Manage user access and permissions for construction management software (BIM360).
