We are looking for a Security Operations and IT Personnel to be responsible for the development, design and implementation of new or modified IT solutions for ongoing or new business projects.
If selected, the successful incumbent shall perform the following broad functions:
· to support the implementation of security technology as part of the company’s effort to digitalize our operation processes and service delivery
· to support effective running of the command and control centre
· to support development of business with suitable IT solutions
The successful incumbent must be competent in information technology, security policies and regulations, good in people management and communication skills and is able to perform under tight deadline and pressure. He or she must possess relevant people skill, and able to follow instructions as well as provide clear instructions to the ground.
Key Responsibilities include :
Support the implementation of security technology as part of the company’s effort to digitalize our operation processes and service delivery, including but not limited to
· Researching, designing, implementing and managing hardware and software solutions
· Testing and evaluating solutions
· Identifying areas for modification in existing solutions and subsequently developing these modifications
· Determining operational practicality
· Developing quality assurance procedures
· Deploying IT solutions
· Maintaining and upgrading existing systems
· Write user manual and training users
Support the effective running of the command and control centre
· Assist to oversee, manage and coordinate daily deployment
· Maintain oversight of day-to-day operations for the organization
· Analyse information, data, trends and recommend improvements for overall service performance and resource applications
· Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management
