Role and responsibility
- Manage and prepare full set of monthly accounts including preparing schedule, month-end closing and reconciliation.
- Monitor payments and collection
- Check and verify disbursement claims
- Manage payroll, CPF submission and yearly tax form
- Assist in quarterly GST submission and annual filling including tax
- Maintenance and filling of documents.
- Manage HR matters.
- Other duties or tasks as required.
Requirement
- Relevant working experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess initiative, ability to work independently, multi-tasking and committed
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Good command of English and Mandarin language
- Singaporean and PR is preferrable
