Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for Sales & Business Development including new account development
- Develop Sales Plan and collaborate with internal team on delivery
- Engage existing Customers on their technology roadmap and investment plan through building a collaborative partnership with Customers
- Identify new opportunities (market segments) through introduction of new ideas and concepts
- Develop and maintain pipeline of projects and prospects
- Manage entire sales from pre-sales to post-sales
- Achieving or exceeding sales targets through developing go-to-market strategies and solutions
- Meet minimum sales gross margin and monitor invoicing and receivables
- Review tender requirements and be responsible for submission of proposal
- Maintain all customer-related documentation
- Keep abreast of partners’ products and services
- Keep up-to-date information of competitors (products & services, activities)
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Engineering or IT
- B2B
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience preferably as a Manager in Sales - Technical/IT
- Good understanding and background in Application Development
- Demonstrate professionalism in interactions with clients and partners
- Respond quickly and efficiently to high-priority issues and contribute to team’s deliverables
- Self-driven and motivated individual
- Willingness to travel as required.
