Our client is in the Real Estate industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for an Technical Officer to join their Team, in hopes of developing their current high performing team. They are located at West – Easily accessible.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the facility is operational and adheres to the latest Singapore Standards, Statutory Laws, and Code of Practice.
- Supervise and support specific discipline teams daily to ensure safe, courteous, and efficient service for building users.
- Aid the Building Manager and Executive in addressing property faults or breakdowns promptly.
- Conduct routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems to detect issues promptly.
- Demonstrate proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing faulty equipment and structures.
- Collaborate with the Facilities Management Team to compile monthly utility data for properties, maintain preventative maintenance procedures, and manage equipment inventory records.

- Minimum Tertiary educational level.
