Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve and sales revenue targets and surpass. Establish sales objectives by projecting expected sales volume and forecasting and developing sales quotas for territories within the South-East Asia region.
  • Business Development: Develop new business opportunities, including new points of distribution and new pipelines for existing products. Recommend products to improve the sales potential and customer satisfaction. Keeping abreast of economic indicators, changing trends, supply and demand and competitors to maintain sales volume and product mix.
  • Business Development: Develop new business opportunities, including new points of distribution and new pipelines for existing products. Recommend products to improve the sales potential and customer satisfaction. Keeping abreast of economic indicators, changing trends, supply and demand and competitors to maintain sales volume and product mix.
  • Sales Forecasting: Provide accurate forecasts of projected sales and growth.
  • Inventory Coordination: Work closely with HQ in China to anticipate product inventories needed to meet customer sales requirements plus local inventory planning for pipeline projection.
  • Support Regional Events: Drive events / exhibition with close coordination through marketing team.
  • Market Awareness and Response: Stay current with competitive activity and organize sales responses to market changes. Provide market feedback on trends, opportunities, competitive products, and sales developments in monthly reports.
  • Training and Customer Journey Development: Plan and executive sales training for overseas and local customers to understand concepts of selling and LED sales tool to prepare quotation.
  • Customer Service Culture: Foster an environment and culture that drives outstanding customer service.

Required Skills and Qualification

  • Diploma in Business or Marketing or Engineering
  • Working experience in AV industry especially with LED display is preferred.
  • Prior experience in hospitality, MICE or retail will be an advantage.
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin, additional language spoken will be an advantage.
  • Competent working knowledge in Microsoft office and ability to interpret CAD drawings, schematics on AV systems including ELV line diagrams.
