Responsibilities:
- In this role, you will be in touch with the latest multi-functions radar digital twin platform technology and you will be responsible for the software development of new functions and capabilities for multi-functions radars.
- Collaborate with the R&T team on research studies on new radar capabilities and concepts.
- To be successful in this role, curiosity for what is new, willingness to challenge the status quo, open-mindedness and out-of-the-box thinking are crucial.
- Quickly learn and assess new techniques and technologies in order to decide whether to adopt, adapt or discard them.
- Needs to be able to come up with new ideas, present them, challenge them and improve them continuously. You must possess deep, hands-on technical skills in radar and software.
Requirements:
- Graduated with a Master of Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or any related field
- Radar and software technical skills
- Eager to explore new concepts and technologies and be plunged into a creative, innovative and fast-paced environment
- Proven dedication and willingness towards continuous improvement and learning new skills and technology
- Self-starter, with an ability to manage your own workload and meet your agreed objectives, whilst also contributing to the development and delivery of wider operational goals
- Follow the latest advanced tools and the latest trends of the radar and software disciplines
- Strong track record in radar embedded software design and development
- Programming and scripting languages (C, Python)
- Deep understanding of foundational concepts in radar, mathematics, physics, science
- Knowledge and experience in Artificial Intelligence
- Able to creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- The eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment
- Possess good communication skills and can interact with various stakeholders (scientists, engineers, customers)
