Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the construction site office, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Manage HR-related tasks, including payroll calculation, employee records, and attendance tracking.
Handle general administrative duties such as document management, scheduling, and coordination of site meetings.
Coordinate with site managers and supervisors to ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Assist with the preparation and submission of site reports and documentation.
Maintain and update site office inventory, including office supplies and equipment.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations and safety standards.
Support the site team with any ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience working in a construction site office environment.
Familiarity with HR and administrative matters, including payroll calculation.
