- Act as the main contact point for Customers, Distributors and Area Sales Manager.
- Ensure accuracy and timely processing of all sales quotation, all customer enquiries & oders.
- Support issuing purchase order and coordinate with overseas factories for order fulfillment.
- Communicate changes of orders of delivery times and provide order updates to customers when necessary.
- Debit or credit notes issuance and follow up.
- Support Area Sales Manager in their interaction with customers.
- Candidate must possess at least Profesional Certificate / NITEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
- At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): SAP
- Preferably Executive specialized in Sales/Logistics/Supply Chain Coordination or equivalent.
