- Proven experience in a network support role, with a strong focus on datacentre and building networks.
- In-depth knowledge of firewall management and experience with firewall technologies, including Checkpoint and Palo Alto.
- Proficiency in supporting a variety of network devices, including Cisco routers and switches.
- Familiarity with WAN and LAN technologies, including routing protocols and network segmentation.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues.
- End-to-end Incident Response including triage processes, determination of criticality, remediation activities, and post-mortem assessment and recommendation.
- To Refine and develop cybersecurity dashboard to continuously improve security situational awareness.
- To provide accurate escalation of potential security incidents in line with documented processes.
