Job Description: -
· Collaborate with process Engineers and the Engineering team to establish QC requirements.
· Document inspection criteria and develop quality plans.
· Work with QA process and product team on corrective action with quality issues.
· Ensure all products meet the required quality standards.
· Manage the product quality from raw material to finish products for assigned customer account or project basis.
· Implement and improve the quality control from incoming inspection to outgoing inspection.
· Liaise with customer complain or any internal non-conformance, lead in problem solving & documentation & internal communication.
· Meet quality objective set by management.
· Train, assess and certify QA inspectors/ technician when required.
· Perform internal audit and quality system audit periodically.
Job Requirements: -
· Minimum Diploma in Manufacturing / Mechanical Engineering.
· At least 5 year of relevant working experience in electronics product manufacturing environment.
· Able to comfortable liaise and resolve quality issues, implement corrective action ,q note rise,RFA,NCR closing and establish quality control process.
· Knowledge in ISO9001and API standards
· Basic knowledge in product measurement & GD&T.
· CMM Knowledge ,Height Gauge and other related measuring instruments must know.
