Job Responsibilities:
Provide quotes and secure new business, either from new customers or by increasing share from existing ones.
Communicate with customers regarding air and sea import/export shipment instructions.
Coordinate with internal customer service/operations teams and vendors to ensure smooth shipment execution.
Address and resolve issues as they arise (occasionally during nights or weekends).
Build and maintain key customer relationships while gathering market information.
