Job Responsibilities:
Provide air freight quotes and proposals to customers.
Coordinate rates and bookings with airlines.
Communicate with customers regarding export shipment instructions and booking updates.
Coordinate with vendors such as DG specialists, fumigation services, marine insurance providers, etc.
Prepare job sheets for the Operations team to follow up on.
Monitor shipment status and uplift progress.
Conduct job costing.
Address and resolve any issues that arise.
