Reporting to Procurement Manager, you will be supporting procurement activities and office administrative duties for Azqore Singapore.


The role requires you to engage stakeholders (both internal and external) at all levels and play an important role in internal communication and employee engagement.



Job responsibilties:


The Procurement Associate will cover the following Procurement/General Administration duties:

· Primarily responsible for procurement related to IT

· Ensure purchase orders are in accordance to Azqore procurement directives

· Anticipate contract renewal in collaboration with the stakeholders

· Conduct due diligence and collect all required documents when onboarding a new vendor or service provider

· Maintain procurement database by updating the list of active vendors and service providers

· Ensure the consistency between the invoices and the contract conditions

· Support and where relevant oversee tendering processes

· As a member of the Procurement team, assist in the following activities:

o the smooth on-boarding and off-boarding of external staff in Singapore and Lausanne

o management of premise access for new joiners, visitors and leavers

o maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures; preparing and controlling correspondences; procurement of stationeries and supplies; management of telecommunication services

· Ad hoc activities in support of the team and Branch, as and when required


Job Requirements:


· At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in procurement and/or administrative duties

· Knowledge of IT environment on Hardware and Software

· Good knowledge and practical experience is using MS Office suite

· Knowledge of local employment laws and employee relations

· Strong dedication to quality of service, independent, resourceful, attention to detail, a “can do” as well as team player attitude

· Ability to negotiate with vendor or service providers
