Job Description
- Identify opportunities for new products or improvements in existing offerings.
- Coordinate with internal teams, regional teams and external partners to develop, launch and refine products.
- Gather feedback from startups and stakeholders to iterate on product features and functionalities.
- Analyse market trends and competitor products to stay ahead of the curve.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators to assess product success and areas of improvement.
Qualifications
- Degree holder with 6 years of product management experience, ideally within the tech or startup environment.
- Demonstrated success in launching and managing products in the regional market.
- Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem and its challenges.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and drive product vision to execution.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Passionate about entrepreneurship
- Proven self-starter, able to work in a fast paced environment
- Demonstrated consistent attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver
