RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive, record, and batch donations from various sources.
- Perform accurate data entry of cash, cheque, and credit card donations into the Donation Management System.
- Process Giro applications and maintain donor records.
- Prepare tax-exempt receipts, thank-you letters, and handle donor correspondence.
- Monitor and order supplies, prepare banking deposits, and file donation-related documents.
- Handle donation hotline incoming calls.
- Support events and handle ad-hoc tasks as needed.
- Perform administrative tasks related to fundraising activities.
- Provide secretarial support to the PR Director.
- Assist with administrative tasks for the Advisory Board and general office duties such as arranging meetings, recording of minutes of meeting. sending minutes/agenda/correspondence and updating membership lists.
- Support events and handle ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Candidate must possess at least "O" Level, Professional Certificate/Nitec/Diploma in any discipline.
Job Requirements
- Preferably with experience in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent, with previous experience in a non-profit organization preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Meticulous, detailed and to meet deadlines in a timely manner
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Accounting background will be an advantage
