The Role:
As a brand coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in executing brand strategies, media buying co-ordination and influencer marketing.
Job Responsibilities:
- Agency day-to-day co-ordination and collaboration with cross functional teams for brand consistency.
- Established local media connections – Malls, OOH, DOOH and radio preferred.
- Ensuring creative visual and copy quality in communication with all stakeholders across allocated channels.
- Leading brand consistency of creative abiding by FNP’s brand guidelines.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer needs,and opportunities for growth.
- Execute branding strategies with end-to-end alignment.
- Identify and build relationships with top-tier influencers and content creators.
- Plan and execute strategic influencer campaigns, including content collaborations, brand ambassador programs, and sponsored activations.
- Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with influencers, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and deliverables.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports and insights to internal stakeholders.
- Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities.
Job Requirements & Skills:
- Proven 2-3 years of working experience in brand co-ordination with agency in Singapore.
- Strong skills in communications, media relations, writing, message development and reputation management.
- Proven experience in influencer marketing.
- Acute attention to detail and highly organized — able to successfully prioritize across multiple projects.
- Understanding of domestic media market.
- Strong analytical skills with a creative mind.
- Well aware of ATL and BTL.
- Upto date with latest trends and marketing practice.
