Responsibilities
- Manage the bus shelter/road assets inventory including campaign updating, scheduling of campaigns, occupancy, etc.
- Work collaboratively across all departments to ensure smooth operation.
- Liaise with vendor for campaign installation and removal.
- Manage and checking of proof of posting.
- Coordinate client viewing.
- Manage monthly reports.
- Establish documentation and paperwork.
- Provide operational assistance to the team when required.
Qualifications and Work Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table & Vlookup).
- Relevant experience in administrative work is preferred.
