Responsibilities
- Oversee HR duties in an employee’s lifecycle from talent acquisition, onboarding to offboarding.
- Work closely with the hiring manager to handle end-to-end recruitment for both local & foreign candidates.
- Manage exit processes including conducting exit interview, exit clearance and prepare monthly report.
- Apply and renew work pass for employees.
- Handle employees’ general queries.
- Assist Payroll Specialist in verifying new employee records.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in HRIS.
- MOM survey and submission of government claims.
- Responsible for training enrolment and follow up on course payment and training grants claims.
- Responsible for HR, ISO audit and related matters.
- Support HR initiatives and projects from time to time.
- Any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned.
Requirement
- Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration with at least 3 years of related experience.
- Familiar with MOM Employment Legislation.
- Knowledge of Payroll System will be advantageous.
- Good analytical skills with positive attitude to take on challenges and responsibilities.
- Able to start immediately or within short notice.
