Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Review all sale orders to work orders on a daily basis
- Ensure that customer order deliveries are on time and in full
- Review overall production processes
- Liaise with Customer Service Personnel on the Export orders on delivery shipment
- Generate the work orders and production schedule to meet the requirement dates with full required quantity
- Analyze and work out the lead times required for each process
- Include these lead times in the planning stage for work orders issuance and to liaise with respective personnel on these lead times
- Ensure there is no shortage of manpower and material for production runs
- Issue work orders and follow up with the respective Production departments
- Inform relevant department of any changes in work orders e.g. reduce/increase in quantity
- Check the following before issuance of work orders
- Assist on stock taking
- Other ad-hoc duties may be assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or any relevant field
- Minimum 3 years in planning
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office suite
