Job Summary:
The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and sales support to the company. The successful candidate will be highly organized and detailed oriented, efficient, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support by managing paperwork, organizing files, and handling correspondence.
Assist in sales-related tasks, such as preparing reports and coordinating activities.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and calls, and ensure that they are prepared and on time for all engagements.
Prepare presentations and reports
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Proactive and able to work independently.
Highly systematic, structured, and excels in working with processes.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Comfortable with office working environment

Salary: $2,500 & above + AWS + VB (depending on experience and qualifications)
