Reporting to the Payroll Manager, the successful incumbent will undertake the following responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Responsibilities:
- Verification of monthly employee attendance records for payroll processing (inclusive of allowance tabulation)
- Process HRIS updating requests on the assignment of approving officers, work calendar, and any that affects payroll
- Generate and distribute payroll reports to relevant stakeholders
- Process staff-related claims and reimbursement
- Prepare accounting entries for staff related payments (Accounts Payable/Receivable transactional duties)
- Assist in audit, annual manpower budgeting exercise, and report generation
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent in Accountancy
- Minimum 3 years of Accounts or Payroll experience
- Proficient in MS Office - Excel (esp Pivot, Vlookup etc)
- Prior experience with Synergix ERP of BIPO HRIS would be an added advantage
- Able to work well in a fast-paced, results-oriented, and collaborative environment
- Resourceful, active team player with good communications & interpersonal skills
- Positive learning attitude
- Meticulous, organized and able to handle data entries accurately and efficiently
