Job Scopes:
- Perform business development activities and identify new partners to build an ecosystem
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with clients
- Formulate business strategy with senior management and meet KPIs
- Execute initiatives through market research, networking and enlarging footprints in target markets
- Identify and develop new market opportunities
- Qualify and evaluate leads
- Negotiate terms offered to clients
- Manage and execute new/existing projects
- Work closely with stakeholders in the company to ensure quality delivery and in-line with product roadmap
- Process market knowledge in physical security industry for verticals ie. transportation, commercial building, etc.
- Forward looking in term of industry/technology trend to improve business portfolio
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- At least 3 to 5 years of business development/sales experience
- B2B (Business-to-Business) experience in robotic/physical security
- Process negotiation, networking, marketing, presentation, project management, market analysis, strategic skill will be an advantage
