The Challenges:
Facilities Operations
- Conduct general inspection on a regular basis to identify services for rectification for the properties.
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plan for the properties.
- Manage the basic facilities maintenance for the properties such as to install and repair, when necessary, carry out general repair works including plumbing, painting, carpentry, electrical system such as replacing of light bulbs and sockets.
- Oversee contractors’ performance in accordance with contractual work scope and timeline of completion such as aircon, cleaning and fogging services are carried out in order.
- Follow through the service term contracts and its administration.
Landscaping
- Ensure the landscaping in the premise is upkeep.
- Maintains the gardening equipment like mowers and trimmers are in good conditions.
- Ensure and maintains public areas, parking lots, service corridors in a clean, safe and manner
What it Takes:
- Relevant experience in facilities maintenance and landscaping.
- GCE ‘O’ level, Nitec in Facility Management
- Good working knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods and electrical systems.
- Good hands-on experience
- Good physical conditions and strength.
