Role Overview:
As an Director Alliance & Partnership, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships and alliances with key technology providers. Your primary objective will be to drive business growth and create mutually beneficial opportunities for both FPT and our partners.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential technology partners that align with FPT's business goals and offerings.
- Lead negotiations and contracts with partners, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between FPT and our partners.
- Work closely with the executive team to develop and execute joint business plans with partners.
- Align partner strategies with FPT's business objectives to maximize mutual success.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create joint marketing campaigns and collateral.
- Drive co-selling activities to generate revenue and achieve sales targets.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the executive team for strategic decision-making.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of partnership programs and initiatives.
- Provide regular reports on key performance metrics and ROI from partnerships.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven 8 years experience in alliance management, partner development, or strategic partnerships within the IT industry.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
