Planning Engineer

China Harbour Engineering Company Ltd Singapore Branch

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop project schedules using scheduling software.
  • Analyze project requirements and constraints.
  • Identify critical handing over milestone include mockup inspection, MEP room handover, authority inspection, Authority documentation and submission, Testing and commissioning schedule.
  • Allocate resources based on project needs.
  • Monitor project progress and performance.
  • Plan for Formwork and Precast to meet the construction program
  • Identify and mitigate schedule risks include critical path
  • Communicate schedule changes to inter department.
  • Provide input for project planning and budgeting.
  • Generate progress reports and forecasts.
  • Coordinate with project teams to optimize schedules.
  • Implement schedule control measures.
  • Conduct schedule analysis and optimization.
  • Support project risk management efforts.
  • Ensure schedule compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Facilitate schedule-related meetings and discussions.
  • Provide training on scheduling techniques.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in construction management/civil engineering or relevant.
  2. At least 3 years working experience as planning engineer in Singapore construction industry.
  3. Able to communicate with Chinese staff.
  4. Familiar with AutoCAD.
