Job Responsibilities
- Develop project schedules using scheduling software.
- Analyze project requirements and constraints.
- Identify critical handing over milestone include mockup inspection, MEP room handover, authority inspection, Authority documentation and submission, Testing and commissioning schedule.
- Allocate resources based on project needs.
- Monitor project progress and performance.
- Plan for Formwork and Precast to meet the construction program
- Identify and mitigate schedule risks include critical path
- Communicate schedule changes to inter department.
- Provide input for project planning and budgeting.
- Generate progress reports and forecasts.
- Coordinate with project teams to optimize schedules.
- Implement schedule control measures.
- Conduct schedule analysis and optimization.
- Support project risk management efforts.
- Ensure schedule compliance with contractual obligations.
- Facilitate schedule-related meetings and discussions.
- Provide training on scheduling techniques.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management/civil engineering or relevant.
- At least 3 years working experience as planning engineer in Singapore construction industry.
- Able to communicate with Chinese staff.
- Familiar with AutoCAD.
