Responsibilities:
- Assist the managers with the daily operations management of the outlet.
- Assure that the needs of the guests are met and suggest the promotional goods to them.
- Liable for all cash quantities within the store in absence of the manager.
- Mentor and instruct both new hires and current employees to uphold company standards.
- In charge of opening and closing the outlet.
- Inform the manager of any problems with operations.
- In charge of the maintenance of the outlet
- In charge of inventory.
- Hiring and training employees.
- Overseeing employees and giving them advice.
Requirements:
- GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ level
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in F&B.
- Ability to start work within short notice will be an added advantage
