The Job
- Report to WSH Senior Manager and comply with statutory role of WSHO.
- Design, implement and supervise WSH programmes to prevent incident.
- Implement system to consolidate, report and present WSH Performance.
- Present WSH performance and programmes status.
- Conduct onsite WSH compliance audits i.e., ‘Mini-Audit’, generate reports and follow-up with 1-1 review sessions with interested parties.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
- Degree or Diploma in Health, Safety and Environmental or related discipline.
- Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer with Ministry of Manpower.
- At least 3 years of working experience in Health, Safety and Environmental field is preferred.
- Knowledge of statutory requirements on Health, Safety and Environmental.
- Experience in developing, implementing WSH programmes and/or solutions.
- Ability to work with diverse group of people ranging from operations staff to technical staff.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Good verbal and written of English language.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Possess good oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
