Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures.
- Monitor and inspect cleanliness standards and address any issues or concerns.
- Train and mentor cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
- Manage cleaning supplies and equipment inventory.
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized cleaning services.
- Address customer complaints or inquiries related to cleaning services.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Prepare reports on cleaning activities and performance.
Requirements:
- Possess a valid Class 3 or Class 3A license
- Prior experience in a supervisory role in the cleaning industry.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and techniques.
