Job Title: Process Engineer @ Tampines MRT
Working hours 8:30am to 5:30pm, 5 working days
Job Responsibilities:
- To lead a team of process AE/Technician to work on all process related functions to ensure an efficiency production
- To work with all internal departments to create a proper process operation flow as per customer & business requirement
- To ensure production W/I is properly maintained include SFC control process & SAP maintain process
- To lead operation teams on ECO changes & implementations.
- To lead in process efficiency through process improvements, UPH tracking & Kaizen activities
- To update EC masterlist & tracking
- To prepare and update Working Instruction.
- To provide trainings over W/I to production.
- To support on the NPI Process
- To support production on mass run
- Participate in ISO activities (implementation & maintain)
Qualification:
- Degree/ Diploma in Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in Manufacturing
- Ability to work with the customer, HQ / factory, Peers / Subordinate, and Superiors
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Good project management skills.
- A keen eye for details
