Accounts Assistant

Fcc Services Pte. Ltd.

Job Description

· Account Payable & Receivable

· Issuing of Monthly Rental Invoices

· Entry level of accounting works & data entries

· Verify of online payments and issue adjustment note

· Generate of monthly reports – P & L, Management & Operations

· Maintain of monthly stock lists

· Filing of documents/invoices


Requirements:

· GCE ‘O’ level or Diploma in Accounting

· Knowledge of Microsoft office is essential

· Hand on experiences on ‘Quick-Book’ software preferable

· 5.5 days work week
