JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Handle AR (including collection), AP & GL
· Handle inventory and stock take
· Manual update accounting records for AR
· Assist in reporting and other administrative matters.
· Maintain and manual update accounting records
· Maintain record of all communications with the customer
· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications & Experiences
· Diploma / LCCI or above
· At least 2 years’ experience in full set of accounts
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Self-motivated, independent, results-oriented and strong initiative
· Capable to work under pressure and minimum supervision
· Excellent phone communication
· Computer proficiency in Sage, MS Word and Excel
