Job Summary:
The incumbent will be part of a larger team within the Sales Department in providing seamless and customer-focused solutions to support the achievement of business objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Shipment coordination for specific accounts
- Execute and control the implementation of activities in line with the validated SOP.
- Maintain and update SOPs, contact matrix and transport mapping
- Work closely with the KAM and customers on common / recurrent service issues and provide improvements / solutions
- Flexibility of ideas to transfer risk management into alternative solutions to ensure any service disruption could be recovered smoothly
- Analyse monthly data and transpose to reports, KPI
- Support on quotations, tender management
- Contact customers following sales calls to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any complaints
Job Requirements:
- Minimum diploma
- Knowledge in freight forwarding is a must
- Minimum 2 years in a similar position
