Our client is an institutional digital asset company who are now expanding into Singapore, and looking for an Operations Manager with a passion for Web3 to lead and oversee the team.
Responsibilities / Requirements include:
- 3+ years experience within Web3 / Crypto, including experience / understanding of staking
- Experience of managing a financial institution operations team, including resource management and oversight, transaction processing, monitoring, MI reporting,
and issue resolution - Ensure compliance with the MAS, including Travel Rule
- Ongoing project / process improvement across operations and regulations
- Strong stakeholder management skills in order to work with clients and colleagues globally
- A true passion for digital assets
