This role will require frequent travelling to Australia region to support our operations there.
Responsibilities:
Event management
- Acquiring location and negotiating rental rates
- Drafting up floorplan
- Negotiating and liaising with external vendors and parties for atrium space
- Liaising with partners, contractors, and other internal departments to ensure the smooth running of the event.
- Ensuring a healthy level of brochures and free gifts to support retail and events.
- Provide pictures for social media posting
Product Training
- Conduct product training and evaluate new teammates, part-timers, or full-timers.
- Ensuring the slides are up to date
Manpower
- Ensuring that we have enough casual for both retail and popup
- Assisting with the casual’ schedule planning
- Finding replacements should there be any last-minute cancellations such as part-timers being unable to turn up for work due to certain reasons.
- Revision of manpower according to sales trends and location
Sales
- Checking sales to ensure that popups can break even or hit sales target
Ad-Hoc Replenishing of Retail Inventory supplied from HQ
- Compiling and submission of casual commission (if any)
- Comfortable with working on Weekends & Public Holiday if required
- Sales driven individual
- Willing to travel when deployed
- Well-groomed, pleasant, and cheerful personality
- Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate well
- A proactive and highly motivated team player
- Past experience in Retail Sales or Sales will be advantages
