Hope Dialysis has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with RHS to co-operate in providing community-based kidney care services such as
· Provision of hemodialysis services and peritoneal dialysis services
· Early CKD screening programs with health education
· Alternative care modalities, such as home and nocturnal hemodialysis services
· Early access programs—For provision of newly approved innovations and therapies to patients
Responsibilities include:
- Initiation and termination of dialysis
- Patient and machine monitoring during dialysis, and documenting patient’s Vital Sign
- Administration of Intravenous Medications
- Use of critical thinking when patient complication arises
- Collaborating with Dialysis Technicians regarding proper setup of machines and equipment
- Collaborating with Doctors regarding patient care
- Patient Education
Requirements
- SNB registered
- Nitec/Diploma/Degree in Nursing
- Hemodialysis Experience required
- Local / PR
