Job Title: Managing Director - China Sub-Cluster/Subsidiaries
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Managing Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for enabling our salesforce to deliver sustainable and profitable growth for Sub-Cluster/Subsidiaries in China. This role involves implementing economic governance, consolidating commercial strategies, and providing necessary training to headquarters personnel. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in commercial operations, strategic planning, and sales methodology.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Implementation of Economic Governance:
- Implement Commercial Policy.
- Collaborate on the design and implementation of sales methodology and tools.
- Execute deal support processes, including negotiation preparation, business case escalation, and pricing.
2. Consolidate Sub-Cluster/Subsidiaries Inputs on Commercial Strategy:
- Represent sub-cluster/subsidiaries in strategy definition and execution.
- Represent sub-cluster/subsidiaries in annual business plan development.
- Support sub-cluster/subsidiaries with project initiatives localized for the region.
3. Support Sub-Cluster/Subsidiaries Heads on the Pipeline:
- Analyze performance reports for sub-cluster/subsidiaries and provide insights based on the pipeline.
- Support the implementation of Sales Incentive Scheme KPIs.
- Implement Business Efficiency Commercial Operations projects, including segmentation, CRM cleanup, subscriber agreements, and contract management.
4. Training and Collaboration:
- Provide well-structured training to headquarters personnel on China's operational and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cluster/subsidiaries and direct reports on pipeline management, including cascading targets and analyzing performance reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial operations or a similar role.
- Proven experience in implementing commercial policies, sales methodologies, and deal support processes.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret performance reports.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
- Familiarity with the Chinese market and business practices is highly desirable.
