Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive planning and design of the data center, including but not limited to network architecture, server layout, storage solutions, and security strategies.
- In-depth understanding and tracking of the latest technologies and products in the data center field, particularly in servers, storage, networking, and security.
- Selection of IDC (Internet Data Center) infrastructure equipment, ensuring that the technical choices meet business needs and budget constraints.
- Review data center blueprints and provide professional guidance based on design institute drawings.
- Manage the implementation of civil engineering, electrical, and electromechanical projects, ensuring the quality and progress align with expectations.
- Collaborate closely with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure that the project's technical specifications and delivery standards are met.
- Develop and maintain data center operations processes, standards, and practices.
- Provide technical training and guidance to team members to enhance the team's professional capabilities.
- Participate in the formulation of the company's technical strategy and provide recommendations for the long-term development of the data center.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
- Over 10 years of experience in managing, building, and operating large data centers.
- Familiarity with data center networking, servers, storage, and security technologies, as well as the latest related products and solutions.
- Extensive project management and team leadership experience, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Strong technical insight and innovation capability, with the ability to solve complex technical problems.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
