Responsibilities:
- Acquire new clients through business development/cold calling.
- Manage the end-to-end recruiting processes for clients’ hiring needs.
- Developing and maintaining relations with the HR team/recruiting channel partners
- Communicate with suitable candidates to prepare them for the role’s hiring process..
- Participate in Business Development in Key Account Management.
- Any ad hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of sourcing and recruiting process
- Confident, sales driven and results oriented
- Able to work independently with high level of self-discipline
- Certificate of (CEI) is required to conduct EA work
- At least 2 years of proven track records in recruitment, sales, business development or similar experience
- Basic + Uncapped commission
- Flexi Work Arrangement after probation period
