Job Description & Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customers' and parents' enquiries (walk-in, emails, phone calls, text)
- Assist in collecting payment of school fees and sales of merchandise / attire
- Work closely with the teachers and communicate effectively to the parents
- Basic paper works (attendance marking, filing of documents, printing newsletter)
- Counting of merchandise stock quantity.
- General housekeeping
Requirements
- Writing and speaking proficiency in English
- Motivated and hardworking
- Meticulous and organised
Working Hours and Location
- AMK Hub, Canberra, Bukit Panjang, West Coast, Jurong East, HarbourFront
5 works days including weekends.
Weekdays: 11am - 930pm
Weekends (Sat & Sun): 830am - 930pm (2 Shift)
